I’m Paddy O’Connor, an instructional designer based in Ottawa, Canada, with over 17 years of experience crafting high-impact eLearning solutions across diverse industries. Known for delivering innovative, learner-centered experiences, I’m passionate about making complex topics accessible, engaging, and memorable.
